The Conference Room is a room found on all Alliance warships. These rooms exist to facilitate fleet-wide conferences between the fleet commander and the captains of the various ships in the fleet. The rooms themselves are relatively small and unassuming, boasting a small table and a few chairs, but the rooms also possess advanced virtual imaging technology, allowing all senior officers in the fleet to be "present" at the conference without actually being in the same room. In such a manner, Captain Geary was able to converse with well over three hundred subordinate commanders from the conference room on the Dauntless, a room much to small to actually contain them all.
